Orixa Health is a telehealth platform offering medical weight management, diabetes management, and related healthcare services delivered by licensed healthcare providers via virtual visits.

All services are provided on a cash-pay basis. Orixa Health does not accept or bill insurance.

 

2. Eligibility

To use Orixa Health services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be a resident of a state where Orixa Health providers are licensed to practice

  • Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to deny services if eligibility requirements are not met.

 

3. No Emergency Services

Orixa Health does not provide emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

 

4. Medical Disclaimer

All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Information on the website is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Results vary by individual. No specific medical outcomes or results are guaranteed.

 

5. Telehealth Consent

By using Orixa Health services, you consent to receive healthcare via telehealth technologies. You understand that:

  • Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care

  • Technical issues may affect service delivery

  • Providers may determine telehealth is not appropriate for certain conditions

You may withdraw your consent to telehealth at any time.

 

6. Prescriptions and Medications

Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the treating provider based on medical evaluation.

  • Medications are not guaranteed

  • Medication costs are not included in visit fees

  • Prescriptions may be sent to partner or patient-selected pharmacies

Controlled substances may not be prescribed through the platform.

 

7. Payment and Fees

All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

  • Payment is required before services are rendered

  • We accept major credit and debit cards

  • Prices are subject to change at any time

 

8. No Insurance Coverage

Orixa Health does not accept health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Patients are responsible for all costs associated with services and medications.

 

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are disclosed during booking or enrollment.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or partially completed services may not be eligible for refunds.

 

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse or interfere with the platform or services

  • Follow provider instructions and treatment plans

Failure to comply may result in termination of access to services.

 

11. Communications & SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Orixa Health Inc. at 844-674-9266 related to account notifications, customer care, delivery notifications, and marketing messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance

Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
